Massage Therapy Covered by Insurance

Unravel Therapeutics accepts a variety of insurance carriers, including Premera and Kaiser. We also accept Motor Vehicle Accident insurance as well as Labor & Industry worker’s compensation injury claims.

If this is your first time using health insurance, please call Unravel before booking an appointment. Appointments will be declined if booked before receiving benefit confirmation from your insurance.

Many insurance carriers will require a prescription from a doctor, a chiropractor or a physical therapist before initiating massage services. They also may require pre-authorization.

We currently accept a variety of medical insurance plans, including Premera (Blue cross / Blue shield), Kaiser, Regence, Aetna, LifeWise, First Choice and TriWest.
